Fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive workplace is a complex and continuous process. Here's some of our progress to date:

• Prosper Portland grant recipient of $3,500 to enhance DEI trainings in 2021. 

• Mandatory online training platform addressing unconscious bias, workplace harassment, bullying and embracing diversity and inclusion.

• Pay scale audits to ensure equity among our team members.

• Recruiting practices are continually corrected to appeal to a more diverse applicant pool.

• Online DEI trainings and workshops.

• With the support of our community, Hopworks donated $5,000 to the NAACP to support their efforts to end racial inequality in 2021.
