Fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive workplace is a complex and continuous process. Here's some of our progress to date:

•Prosper Portland grant recipient of $3,500 to enhance DEI trainings •Mandatory online training platform addressing unconscious bias, workplace harassment, bullying and embracing diversity and inclusion.
•Pay scale audits to ensure equity among our team members.
•Recruiting practices are continually corrected to appeal to a more diverse applicant pool
•Online DEI trainings and workshops •With the support of our community, Hopworks donated $5,000 to the NAACP to support their efforts to end racial inequality.
