2 New Fresh Hop Beers Now On Tap

It’s hop harvest season here in the Pacific Northwest and Hopworks Urban Brewery brewed up two special fresh hop beers to celebrate the occasion.

First is Fest of Fury, our organic Oktoberfest Bier. Fest of Fury judo chops your palate with a fresh floral, fruity and slightly orangey hop aroma backed by a medium bodied, toasted caramel malt flavor.  Brewed with 100 pounds of beautiful Certified Salmon Safe “wet” Willamette hops from Goschie Farms (Silverton, OR).  This fest beer brings back memories of Munchen while celebrating the hops of Oregon and will have us all cheering, “Eins, Zwei, Zuffa!”

Our second fresh hop beer is Give Me Liberty. We celebrate this hop harvest with Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Hoppiness all rolled into one delicious beer.  This beautiful Best Bitter is loaded with 125 lbs of Organic Liberty Hops, picked fresh off the vine and tossed in the kettle only 3 hours after harvest. Packed full of spicy, floral and lemony hop aroma and flavor, our newest fresh hop brew is bound to have you calling, “Give Me Liberty (beer), or Give me Death!”

Both beers are on-tap at Hopworks Urban Brewery and Hopworks BikeBar, as well as your favorite pub through mid-October.
