Celebrate Earth Day with Hopworks

Here at Hopworks, we dedicate a great deal of our energy and resources to doing what we can to preserve the future of our planet.  This Earth Day we invite you to join us for a meal that showcases the flavorful bounty of springtime in the Northwest. 

CELEBRATE OUR LOCAL FARMS WITH OUR EARTH DAY CHOPS! 

Luckily for all of us, Portland is situated within a rich agricultural area that offers a myriad of culinary delights year round.  We created this special Earth Day meal from ingredients that hail from within the Pacific Northwest.  To begin we take a large Carlton Farms all-natural pork chop, raised and butchered less than 50 miles away, and brine it with Hopworks ESB.  After being grilled to perfection, it is brushed with a honey ESB glaze and topped with chutney made with apples and organic rhubard from Canby, only 25 miles South of Portland.  To complement this jewel of a protein, we serve it with garlic ginger asparagus and mashed Norkotah potatoes.
