Hopworks Releases Pickathon IPA

The 13th annual Pickathon Indie Roots Music Festival is coming this weekend. In celebration of Hopworks’ new partnership with the music festival, we brewed a special IPA that will be served at The Woods stage all weekend.  If you don’t have a ticket to this year’s event, don’t despair, starting at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, both Hopworks locations will have Pickathon IPA on tap until it’s gone… probably through the month. PICKATHON IPA

Our special NW Style IPA is created for Pickathon.  This refreshing summer brew starts with organic pilsner and caramel malt.  These grains establish the perfect back drop for our locally grown hops.  A heavy dose of Cascade, Centennial, Palisade and Summit hops create a resinous, citrus hop aroma and flavor.
