Hopworks is proud to announce that we have been voted as Portland’s best family-friendly restaurant not once, but TWO TIMES this year! PDX Parent Picks and Willamette Week both announced their reader’s poll results awarding HUB as the #1 restaurant to bring your little ones and enjoy a fun, friendly experience. Hopworks has been family owned and operated since 2008 and we are so happy our patrons love coming to our pubs. We look forward to continuously providing the best possible service.

Hopworks Urban Brewery has run a children’s event once a month at our pubs for several years called “Tot Tuesday”. We are proudly partnered with the local toy stores Kazoodles, Spielworks and Thinker Toys who graciously provide plenty of toys and books in our play areas to keep even the most active young minds engaged while parents enjoy a fresh, organic beer. Owner, Brandie Ettinger engineered HUB to be kid-friendly from the get-go, “On occasion, I’ll be talking to someone and they’ll say, ‘Yeah, my kids grew up at Hopworks,’” says Ettinger.

Hopworks is also planning on introducing a reading hour into our schedule in the upcoming months. We’re so excited about all the wonderful feedback we’ve gotten from our patrons about our efforts to be the best family-friendly establishment. We love our HUB family!
