We are fortunate to live and work in the Pacific Northwest where we have an abundance of clean, clear and delicious water. We brew our beer with some of the best, naturally soft water in the world piped directly from the rain-fed Bull Run Reservoir at the base of Mount Hood.
Through brewery design, team training, tracking and monitoring, and investments in equipment, we will continue to make every effort to conserve and protect this vital resource.
